Depositing Funds into a Lending Pool in Pixcross

In Pixcross, depositors can earn yield by allocating stablecoins through curators into selected lending pools. Each curator manages fund distribution across pools to balance risk and return. To begin earning, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the "Earn" Page

From the main navigation menu, select the "Earn" tab. This section displays a list of available curators, along with the stablecoins they manage.

2. Select a Curator

Click on the name of the curator you wish to deposit with. You will be taken to a detail page showing the curator's allocation strategy and associated pool performance.

3. Review Pool and Curator Details

On the curator detail page, review the following key metrics:

  • Total Value Locked (TVL): Total funds currently managed by the curator.

  • Annual Percentage Yield (APY): Estimated return on your deposit.

  • Utilization Rate: Percentage of funds currently borrowed from the pool.

  • Allocated Pools: Breakdown of how funds are distributed across different lending pools.

These metrics help assess the risk, activity level, and performance of the curator’s strategy.

4. Input Deposit Amount

On the right-hand side of the screen, enter the amount of stablecoin you wish to deposit. Ensure that the selected asset matches the one managed by the curator.

5. Complete the Deposit

Click the "Deposit" button. You will be prompted to approve the transaction in your connected wallet.

6. Confirm the Transaction

Approve the transaction through your wallet interface. Make sure you have a sufficient balance of the native token (e.g., ETH, AVAX) to cover gas fees on the selected blockchain network.

Once confirmed, your deposit will be allocated according to the curator’s current pool strategy. Your funds will immediately begin generating yield based on the pool's APY, contributing to the broader liquidity and functionality of the Pixcross ecosystem across Ethereum Sepolia, Base Sepolia, Arbitrum Sepolia, and Avalanche Fuji.
